I couldn’t be more excited to partner with Quaker to tell you all about my new obsession: Quaker Overnight Oats! This post is sponsored by The Quaker Oats Company, but all opinions are my own.
Every morning I get up to work out I am instantly stressed out because I am HUNGRY, and I want something absolutely delicious and nutritious to help fuel my morning workout! When I discovered new Quaker Overnight Oats, it completely changed my morning routine, which instantly went from HASSLE to HUSTLE. Quaker Overnight Oats makes it easy to get the nutrition you want in the morning without the hassle so I can focus more time for myself in the morning. Each single-serve container (I love that Quaker does the measuring for you!) features a flavorful blend of oats, fruits, quinoa, flaxseed and nuts! Quaker Overnight Oats also has NO artificial flavors, NO added colors and is a good source of dietary fiber (10 grams of fat or less per container)! Here is how I make my Quaker Overnight Oats:
At night, I simply add almond milk (any milk or non-dairy option of your choice works though!) to any single-serve container, (My favorite flavor right now is Blueberry Banana and Vanilla Bliss!) and let the mixture cold-steep overnight in the refrigerator to create the most delicious, nutritious breakfast that is ready for you right when you wake up!! It is seriously as easy as steep, sleep, and eat!
The best part is that I have been inspired to take more time for myself in the morning because I don’t have to feel stressed out about what I am going to eat, or how I am going to help fuel my workout. I even have extra time to stretch and take a few minutes to meditate before my day gets crazy which was inspired by the Blueberry Banana and Vanilla Bliss flavor.I call it my Breath and Visualize moment. I take a few minutes to practice my breathing and visualize all of the goals I want to tackle for the day. I truly look forward to it every morning!
