Working Out While Everyone is Still Sleeping

An early morning workout is more special than most people know. For me it is one of the only times during the day I am not distracted and can focus on myself. Too often when we work out during regular hours we are so distracted by numerous external factors. Remember the most important relationship you have in life is with yourself, and you need to dedicate time just for YOU. Additionally, getting a workout in before all of your daily tasks gives you more energy than a cup of coffee, and gets you in the right mindset for the rest of your day. I know that extra few hours of sleep feels good but getting a workout in will feel much better in the long run!

This morning I decided to get a work out in before my 6:30 am clients arrived and am so happy I did! I was more alert for my clients and was able to give them their best “while everyone is still sleeping” workout.
