I wanted to start this week off with one of my favorite quotes. So many times we take our health for granted. This quote reminds us that our body is probably the most important thing that we own, and we need to make sure we are treating it right. This week give yourself two health and/or fitness goals. These goals don’t need to be life altering, but rather motivating and achievable. My goals are to cut out processed foods and to work out one more time then I would have. I am excited to see how I feel at the end of the week. Achieving small goals will be your key to making big changes in the long run.
